Trainer - FMCG - Permanent - €40k-€50k MCS Group is working with a well-established manufacturing business in Co. Monaghan to recruit a Trainer. This permanent, on-site role will see you work closely with operations and HR to deliver engaging and compliant training across a busy production environment. The Role * Deliver induction training, SOPs, and refresher courses (First Aid, PPE, Allergens, FLT, etc.) * Design and update training programmes and materials to ensure clarity and compliance * Assess training needs, identify gaps, and develop solutions to support operational performance * Maintain training records, track compliance, and prepare reports for management * Work closely with production teams to embed best practice and support skills development * Coordinate with external trainers and training bodies when required * Prepare for and participate in external audits * Represent the business at training-related events and career fairs The Candidate * Manufacturing experience (food sector highly desirable) * Confident communicator who can engage diverse teams * Organised, proactive, and able to work autonomously * Experience with audit preparation and training systems an advantage * Train the Trainer qualification desirable The Package * €40,000-€50,000 * 20 days annual leave + 10 statutory days * Career progression opportunities To speak in absolute confidence about this opportunity please send an up-to-date CV via the link provided or contact Katie Fox, Associate HR Recruitment Consultant at MCS Group on or email Even if this position is not right for you, we may have others that are.
