Key responsibilities include:

• Deliver pre-defined and ad-hoc training on MRI’s FM products.
• Maintain client contact throughout the training lifecycle.
• Evaluate and review training materials for quality and effectiveness.
• Stay current with product updates and FM industry news.
• Provide advice and support to clients to promote best practices.
• Escalate risks, issues, and complaints as needed.
• Manage workload within project timelines.
• Share knowledge and guide colleagues.
• Achieve personal and team objectives.
• Follow MRI practices and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• Deep knowledge of facilities management processes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Experience as a training consultant in FM software or as a software trainer.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Flexibility to work additional hours and travel within the UK and globally.
