About the Role As Transaction Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial and compliance elements of the sales process across some of the world's most prestigious automotive brands.
You will support the sales team in achieving exceptional results, ensuring every deal is structured professionally, profitably, and fully aligned with brand, regulatory, and customer-experience expectations.

Key Responsibilities Manage and structure all deals with accuracy, transparency, and profitability Oversee F&I processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory and brand standards Support the sales team with coaching, deal assistance, and performance optimisation Work closely with manufacturer representatives and uphold strict prestige brand requirements Deliver a seamless, premium experience across the entire transaction journey Produce high-quality documentation and maintain robust audit trails Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for a Transaction Manager who brings: Proven experience in an automotive Transaction Manager / Business Manager role Strong F&I knowledge and the ability to structure complex deals A polished, professional approach suited to high-end brands and clients Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership abilities The confidence to represent prestige marques at the highest standard A readiness and flexibility to relocate from the UK mainland (Ideal for individuals whose personal circumstances allow a smooth transition to off-mainland living.)
