Transactional Finance Manager

Were partnering with a growing organisation to recruit a hands-on Transactional Finance Manager to lead and improve a high-volume finance function.
What Youll Do
Lead and improve end-to-end AP processes
Take ownership of AR and cashbook as the role evolves
Manage and develop a transactional finance team
Drive process improvements, controls, and efficiencies
Work hands-on with the team, including processing invoices
What Were Looking For
Proven experience in transactional finance leadership (AP/AR)
Comfortable in a hands-on role, not just oversight
Strong process improvement mindset
Confident team leader with excellent communication skills
Ideally studying towards AAT qualification
