* This is a full-time permanent position, based in our London office. We operate on a hybrid working arrangement and require a minimum of 2 days in the office. Overview:
We are growing our Transformation team at Fifty5Blue and are seeking a Transformation Manager to lead on a portfolio of initiatives across Technology, Enabling Functions and Commercial.
This transformation is one of our critical value levers over the next 3-5 years and a top priority of the CEO.
We will fundamentally change the way we work to become a more agile, global product and services company, embedding technology throughout our end-to-end operations. This will be the first time that Kantar Media has delivered a transformation of this scale and strategic impact. The key stakeholders will be our Shareholders and the Group Executive team with high exposure to the CEO, Chief Product & Business Officer, CFO and CHRO.
We have started early design / delivery for this year with a focus on quick wins, digitisation of operational processes and AI. This role will help land critical 2026 initiatives and support in scaling and planning for a large expansion in 2027.
This role will cover a broad set of initiatives – effective leadership of management “initiative owners” will be key to success. This is a chance to see strategy and programme initiative design materialise into reality and learn a broad range of topics at our business – building future paths to grow in areas of interest.
Key Responsibilities
- CEO and Board Level Communications: Preparing Board level material related to the transformation to the CEO, our Shareholders and Executive team
- Initiative prioritisation, solution detailing: Working with management to define, in detail, how we will fundamentally change the way we work – initiatives will be varied – some examples include AI in the Support Functions, CRM / tooling in Commercial, product simplification strategy and more
- Unlocking teams to move at pace: Hands-on ‘double clicks’ to support teams in driving the programme forward (e.g. budget definition, BAU work prioritisation)
- Leading implementation of key workstream(s): Once designed, ensuring that roll-out is successful. Hold delivery responsibility for a set of our major initiatives
- Continuing innovation, improvement, org design topics: Work with external suppliers, for example in AI, and maintain awareness of key opportunity areas and challenges across the business to identify the ‘next big changes’ we make
Who we are looking for:
- A top tier consulting background, Business Analyst / Associate, SAC entering Consultant / Associate level
- Experience working with, presenting to, and influencing Executive stakeholders
- Experience leading diverse, cross-functional, client teams, ability to adapt style appropriately to drive high quality insights from busy stakeholders
- Experience in designing and implementing a scale transformation programme (i.e. a key workstream lead) for 6+ months – i.e. to implementation
- Team management experience, including experience training diverse backgrounds to generate clear, actionable insights backed in data
- High attention to detail and excellent analytic capabilities
Additional ‘nice to haves’
- Experience in the Media / Content industry
- Industry or Financial Services experience prior to consulting
