Transport Administrator

transport operation by providing administration support, including:
Answering incoming calls and resolving queries Logging all transport issues onto System Keeping customers up to date on late running's and potential delivery failures Booking deliveries and providing alternative solutions to customers Resolving internal queries and supporting internal departments requests Building and maintaining strong working relationships with both customers and clients Provision of an excellent standard of customer care Photocopying, printing, organising, and storing documents Ensure all paperwork is returned for all customer deliveries
Requirements:
Demonstrable experience in previous administration role Transport office experience (desirable) Excellent administration, prioritisation, and organisational skills Excellent computer literacy, Microsoft Office, Word & Excel Ability to multi-task, set priorities, workload and meet set deadlines Ability to work as part of a team and have a polite professional manner Excellent customer care skills with the ability to build good working relationships Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal We think Dams is a great place to work, so if this opportunity sounds like you and you'd like to join our growing and friendly team, we'd love to hear from you.
