Hexagon Recruitment Partners are seeking an experienced Transport Manager for our client, a well-established and highly regarded logistics operator. This is a senior operational role with full responsibility for ensuring the fleet runs safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with all UK and EU transport regulations. This position would suit a confident, hands-on transport professional with strong compliance knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and proven experience within air freight and/or European haulage operations. Location: Slough Hours: MondayFriday | 10-hour day shifts The Role You will oversee the day-to-day fleet operation, working closely with two other Transport Managers as part of a collaborative management team. The focus is on compliance, performance, vehicle availability, driver management, and continuous improvement across the transport function.
