In this role,youlloversee transport operations across multiple sites, ensuring everything runs efficiently, compliantly, and cost-effectively.Youlllead teams,optimizefleet performance,maintainservice standards, and drive continuous improvement.Youllalso work closely with customers to deliver exceptional service while managing budgets andidentifyingopportunities to improve profitability. Whatyoulldo on a typical day: Operational Management:Oversee day-to-day transport operations, manage fleet performance, driver scheduling, and route planning

Customer Engagement:Build strong relationships with on-site customers, resolve issues quickly, and ensure service excellence

Leadership & Development:Lead and motivate transport teams, fostering collaboration and growth

Compliance & Safety:Ensure adherence to transport legislation, conduct audits, andmaintainhealth & safety standards

Financial Control:Manage budgets,monitorcosts, andidentifysavings without compromising quality

Continuous Improvement:Use data to drive efficiency and implement process improvements

Stakeholder Management:Act as the go-to contact for internal teams and external partners

What you need to succeed at XPO: Proven experience in transport orlogisticsmanagement (multi-site experience ideal)

Strong knowledge of transport legislation and compliance

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Ability toanalyzedata and implement improvements

CPC in Transport Management (preferred)

Full UK Driving Licence
