Job Description
Company Description
Yes Futures is a multi-award-winning charity founded in 2012, specializing in personal development programs for young people. Run by experienced and skilled educators, we empower students to take charge of their potential, achieve personal goals, and shape their own futures.
We are the UK's leader in youth coaching, dedicated to transforming the lives of young people by equipping them with the essential skills they need for a successful future. Our Unique Approach combines coaching and inspirational experiences.
Our model combines high-quality coaching with real-world experiences to help young people understand their potential and manage life's inevitable challenges. We create an environment where young people can:
- Feel Success: Through structured, supportive coaching, we facilitate moments where students realise their capabilities.
- Manage Failure: We coach them through setbacks, turning disappointment into valuable learning that builds grit and resilience.
This powerful combination is proven to develop four core competencies that underpin success: Confidence, Resilience, Self-Awareness, and Communication.

- Safeguard the charity’s assets and ensure funds are managed and invested responsibly.
- Oversee robust systems for financial control, risk management, and assurance.
Legal, Ethical, and Regulatory Responsibility
- Ensure the charity consistently meets its legal and regulatory obligations, including Charity Commission requirements and company law.
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity and act unequivocally in the best interests of Yes Futures and the young people we serve.
