The Role
As a 1:1 Tutor, you will work directly with students to deliver personalised lessons that meet their individual learning needs. You will help build confidence, strengthen subject understanding, and support students in achieving their academic goals.
Location
Tutoring may take place in person at learners’ homes, schools, or local libraries in Northampton, depending on the learner’s needs.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging 1:1 tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs Support students with Maths, English, or Science (GCSE level) Identify areas for improvement and create personalised lesson plans Encourage confidence, motivation, and effective study habits Provide feedback on student progress when required
Requirements
