We are seeking enthusiastic and committed 1:1 Tutors to support learners in the Kettering area. This role involves working individually with students to help improve their academic performance, boost confidence, and support their overall learning journey. Key Responsibilities: Deliver tailored 1:1 tuition sessions based on individual needs

Support students in core subjects such as English and Maths (additional subjects are a bonus)

Plan and adapt lessons to suit different abilities and learning styles

Monitor progress and provide regular feedback

Create a supportive and engaging learning environment

Requirements: Previous tutoring or teaching experience preferred

Strong subject knowledge

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Patient, reliable, and passionate about education

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

Right to work in the UK

Desirable: Experience working with SEN or vulnerable learners

Understanding of safeguarding practices
