UK Business Development Key Account Manager
Location: Field-based (4 days/week) & Home-based (1 day/week)

Are you passionate about fitness, wellness, and driving business growth? JK Group UK and Ireland — a leader in the wellness and lifestyle industry — is looking for an energetic and motivated UK Business Development Key Account Manager to join our expanding team.
This is an exciting opportunity to become a key player in shaping the growth of a respected and innovative brand, offering state-of-the-art wellness, health, longevity, and recovery equipment to health clubs, spas, hospitality venues, corporate and professional sports and wellness centres across the UK and Ireland.
Key responsibilities- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company
- Develop strategic partnerships and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
- Create and execute strategic account plans to drive growth in existing and target accounts
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the target sectors
- Represent JK Group at industry trade events and exhibitions
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Key Accounts and wider sales team
- Attend sales meetings and product presentations with prospective and current clients
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions and quotations
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain accurate records and submit monthly CRM sales reports
- Serve as the primary contact for key and new business accounts (e.g., gym chains, franchise operators, large independents)
- Proven track record in B2B sales within the hospitality, fitness, or wellness industry
- Strong experience in developing and managing key accounts
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Solution-oriented mindset with a detail-driven approach
- Self-motivated, well-networked, and commercially minded
- Valid Full UK driving licence
