This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Facilities/Office Services Assistant with a corporate office services background to work for one of the most successful US law firms in London at the moment on an initial 3 month temporary contract - which will be on a rolling basis..
\n\nReporting to the Director of Facilities, you will be joining this small but busy team - covering all aspects of facilities and general office services administration: including dealing with post and office supplies, reprographics; buildings management, office moves and maintaining stationery stocks..
\n\nThis would suit someone enthusiastic, who can think on their feet and is a true team player and willing to work hard - be reliable and punctual with fantastic customer service skills.
\n\nCandidates should have at least 3 years recent background in a City law firm and be ambitious and keen to learn about grow and develop in the role.
