Planning and leading end-to-end user research across complex digital products and services. Engaging with a wide range of users, including technical, operational and policy-focused stakeholders. Applying a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods to uncover user needs, behaviours and pain points. Synthesising findings into clear insights that inform design, delivery and strategic decisions. Working closely with designers, product managers and delivery teams within a consultancy setting. Supporting evidence-based decision making in a data-heavy, scientific and operational environment.
What You'll Bring
Strong experience delivering research on complex digital platforms or services. Confidence running research independently, from discovery through to evaluation. Experience working in public sector, science, data or highly regulated environments (strongly desirable). Excellent stakeholder communication and facilitation skills. A pragmatic, insight-led mindset with a focus on real-world impact. Eligibility for UK Security Clearance (SC).
