My client is seeking a Utilities Project Manager to work with a leading residential developer on sites across London. You will be overseeing the delivery and coordination of utility connections across multiple high-rise residential projects.

The successful Utilities Project Manager will be responsible for:-

Liaising with key utility providers such as UKPN, Thames Water, BT Openreach, and others to ensure timely and accurate service connections. Coordinating and managing the installation of utilities across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. Acting as the main point of contact for utility-related issues across all live and upcoming sites in London. Working closely with internal teams including construction, design, and planning to ensure utility strategies align with project goals. Traveling regularly between sites – flexibility and willingness to be mobile across London is essential. To be considered for this Utilities Project Manager role, you must have:-

Strong working knowledge of UK utility providers, particularly UK Power Networks (UKPN) and Thames Water. Proven experience managing utility installations on large-scale residential developments.
