We’re looking for a UX Designer to help shape the digital experience across a large-scale online retail platform. This role focuses on creating intuitive, engaging user journeys across web and mobile, improving usability, engagement and conversion.

You’ll work in an agile environment alongside product, engineering, design and marketing teams, translating complex problems into simple, user-focused solutions.


A bit about the role

  • Speak with users and gather feedback through interviews, surveys, usability tests, and A/B tests.
  • Dive into behavioral data using analytics tools, heatmaps, and session recordings.
  • Spot where users drop off and figure out ways to make their journey smoother.
  • Create user personas, journey maps, and insight frameworks to guide design decisions.
  • Design intuitive navigation and info architecture so users can find what they need easily.
  • Build user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for key customer journeys.
  • Plan and run usability tests to validate your designs.
  • Analyse results and refine designs based on what users actually do.


A bit about you

  • 3–5 years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio showing user-centered design in action.
  • Experience designing for digital retail or high-traffic consumer platforms.
  • Comfortable with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools for prototyping.
  • Familiar with research and experimentation tools.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, and usability principles.
  • Skilled at creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
  • Basic front-end knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
