About the Role
We are currently seeking experienced Tool Designers – Detail Parts to join a high-performing engineering team in Warton. This role sits within Operations/Manufacturing, supporting Falcon Works, and focuses on delivering detailed tooling designs for airframe-related components. You will be responsible for taking tooling concepts through full development lifecycle stages—right through to manufacture—supporting cutting-edge manufacturing demonstration and technology programmes.
Key Responsibilities Deliver detailed tooling designs from concept through to manufacture Support development programmes with robust tooling solutions Produce comprehensive tooling documentation, including: Risk assessments Tooling specifications Design review documentation Bills of Materials (BoMs) UKCA marking documentation (where required) Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams (design, toolroom, process development) and external suppliers Apply internal and external stand...
