Salary: Initial rate is £25 per hour, £45,000 on a permanent basis (potentially offered following 3 month temporary period).

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Van Mobile Plumber / Mechanical Engineer to join our team, covering a portfolio of 25 commercial buildings along the M25 corridor. This is a mobile role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and working across multiple sites.

What You’ll Be Doing

Carrying out planned and reactive plumbing and mechanical maintenance

Diagnosing and repairing faults across commercial building systems

Ensuring compliance and accurate reporting through Elogbooks (CAFM system)

Supporting site teams and maintaining high standards of service delivery

What We’re Looking For

Qualified plumber or mechanical engineer

Experience in commercial maintenance

Strong fault-finding skills

Comfortable working independently across multiple sites

Good communication and CAFM reporting skills
