Competitive basic salary of up to £38,760, with an OTE of £44,760 Performance-related bonuses earning up to £600 per quarter Monday to Friday working hours from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm One Saturday morning in four, paid at 1.5 times standard rate Opportunity to work on a variety of vehicles, including vans and cars Full support with ongoing training and professional development Supportive management team with clear career progression pathways Well-equipped workshop environment with a focus on quality and safetyDuties:
Performing repairs and servicing on vans and cars as a skilled Van Technician Carrying out clutch replacements, timing belt replacements, and scheduled maintenance Fault diagnosis and road testing vehicles post-repair Accurately completing service documentation and repair reports Ensuring work complies with manufacturer standards and health & safety regulations Maintaining a clean and organised workshop environment as a professional Van TechnicianRequirements:
Relevant technical qualifications, ideally NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in vehicle maintenance and repairs Proven experience working as a Van Technician in a busy workshop environment Full valid UK manual driving licence, with minimal points (please specify points) Good understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures suitable for a Van Technician Proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail and commitment to quality work Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team environmentIf you are interested in this Van Technician opportunity and want to join a reputable employer offering ongoing career development, we encourage you to find out more.
