Assess vehicle damage and produce accurate, detailed repair estimates Use systems such as Audatex (or similar) to create and manage estimates Liaise with insurers, engineers, and customers to move claims forward Identify additional damage and update estimates accordingly Ensure all repairs are cost-effective and meet manufacturer standards Provide clear, accurate job instructions to the workshop team Manage your own workload to meet KPIs and turnaround targets What Were Looking For
Previous experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) / Estimator / Bodyshop Estimator Strong understanding of accident repair methods and bodyshop processes Experience with estimating systems (Audatex, GT Motive, Glassmatix etc.) Sharp attention to detail
you take pride in getting it right first time Confident communicator with both customers and insurers ATA accreditation (nice to have, not essential) A team player with a professional, no-nonsense approach If you're a VDA looking for somewhere that actually respects your skillset and doesnt overcomplicate things
