Mechanics / Aftersales Technicians

to join our Malvern team. You will play a vital role in ensuring vehicles meet manufacturer standards through expert diagnosis, repair, and maintenance, preparing them for final sale and providing essential technical support. Key Responsibilities Technical Diagnosis & Repair:

Troubleshoot and resolve complex faults in line with manufacturer standards. Maintenance & Inspection:

Conduct scheduled servicing and rigorous inspections to guarantee vehicle reliability. Aftersales Support:

Provide technical guidance to customers and support the wider team in delivering a premium service experience. Warranty Management:

Execute both warranty and non-warranty repairs, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant. Record Keeping:

Maintain precise service records and adhere to all regulatory and company requirements. Quality Control:

Ensure all tools and workspaces are maintained to a high standard, escalating complex issues to senior engineers when necessary. Requirements We are looking for methodical, organised professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments. To be successful, you will need: Qualifications:

IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Repair (or equivalent) is

essential . Experience:

A minimum of 3 years proven experience as a Mechanic. Technical Skill:

Excellent knowledge of modern motor technology and high manual dexterity. Attributes:

Strong concentration, the ability to work to strict deadlines, and a proactive approach to independent work. Equipment:

You must possess a comprehensive selection of your own professional tooling. Communication:
