Due to continued business expansion, we are seeking passionate, skilled, and like-minded Vehicle Technicians to join our team.

\n Vehicle Technician are responsible for providing exceptional vehicle servicing and repairs by using the latest diagnostic technology and techniques to identify vehicle issues. \n Competitive Salary (£40k - £45k) + Bonus Structure \n Shift Work : Mix of 12-hour and 6-hour shifts across the week \n Overtime paid at time and a half \n Unused holiday entitlement can be claimed back and paid in addition to salary \n Training & Development : Access to continual professional development opportunities \n Workplace Pension (auto-enrolment)\n Employee Discounts across products and services \n Genuine Career Progression : Most of our senior leadership team began in entry-level roles \n What You'll Be Doing as a Vehicle Technician: \n Carrying out inspections, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles. \n Completing servicing and mechanical repairs to a high standard.

\n Providing input and sharing experience to contribute to our collaborative and skilled workshop team. \n NVQ Level 2/3 in Motor Vehicle, Car Mechanic Repair or equivalent. \n MOT certification is desirable but not essential - we offer alternative opportunities.
