We are currently seeking an experienced Automotive Paint Sprayer to join our dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a well-respected business offering stable hours and career progression. What we offer: Competitive salary of £16 to £19 per hour (£640 - £760 basic per week based on 40 hours) plus a bonus for time saved Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Manufacturer-approved training and career development opportunities Friendly, professional working environment in a well-equipped facility Key Responsibilities: Surface Preparation: sanding, cleaning, filling, masking for optimal paint adhesion Paint Mixing: selecting, mixing, tinting paints using computer software Application: spraying primers, base, and clear coats evenly with HVLP/airless guns Quality Control: inspecting finishes, performing touch-ups as needed Equipment Management: maintaining spray guns, compressors, and booths Safety & Compliance: strict adherence to PPE and environmental guidelines Skills & Requirements: Strong attention to detail and colour matching ability Manual dexterity and knowledge of water-based paints Experience with various spray techniques and equipment Ready to develop your career with a trusted name in automotive repair?
