Vehicle Technician - MOT Tester

A new opportunity has arisen to join the business as a vehicle technician/MOT Tester at Greenhous Telford. Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times. Key Responsibilities: Carry out used vehicle checks and preparation on multi-franchise vehicles to Greenhous and relevant manufacturer standards. Carry out mechanical repairs on used cars to Greenhous and the relevant manufacturer standards. Ensure vehicles are completed ready for delivery at the pre-determined date. To accessorise vehicles as and when required. Conduct MOT tests on various vehicles, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Stay updated on change in MOT regulations and testing procedures. Complete job cards, maintenance records and associated paperwork to a high standard. Brakes, tyres and wheel alignment when business required. Ideally, we are looking for: Clean driving licence is essential. Previous mechanical experience. Level 2 MOT certification. Able to always provide excellent customer service. To be able to work as part of a team. Have a friendly, can-do attitude.
