Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester | Blackburn | Full Time - 8.30am – 17.00pm Monday to Friday (No weekends) | Up to £40,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications
Our client is a family-run business with over 40 years of experience in the motor industry. They are currently seeking a skilled, experienced, and reliable Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester to join their team in Blackburn.
As an Independent BMW & Mini Specialist garage and part of the Bosch Car Service network, our client takes pride in offering a high-quality alternative to dealership servicing, while also maintaining and repairing a wide range of other vehicle makes and models.

Are you the right person for the job?
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualified in Vehicle Maintenance and repair
MOT Tester preferred, but not essential, as training will be given
F-Gas preferred, but not essential, as training will be given
Previous experience within a similar role
Professional and presentable appearance with good communication skills
Ability to work on own initiative and within a team
What will your role look like?
Carrying out Vehicle diagnostics
Carrying out Vehicle servicing, replacement of brakes, clutches, tyres, cambelts and general vehicle repairs
Carrying out paper and digital management of customer, vehicle and parts information
Management of tracking and security of vehicle keys
Ensuring the workshop is clean and complies with Health & Safety Regulations
Liaising with the Service Adviser to ensure that jobs are managed in a timely manner
Reporting to the Master Technician
Working in a safe and tidy manner
