Vehicle Technician
Basic Salary: £35,478 OTE £42,975 (Uncapped based on time saved and team profit)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and qualifiedVehicle Technicianto join a high-performing aftersales team. Whether youre already experienced or looking to further develop your skills, youll benefit from state-of-the-art facilities, a supportive team and manufacturer-led training to keep you progressing.
As a Vehicle Technician, you will:
  • Carry out servicing and maintenance across a range of vehicles, including diagnostic, warranty and repair work.
  • Complete a variety of mechanical tasks, from routine servicing and oil changes to more complex repairs such as cambelt replacements.
  • Use digital systems for write-ups and job card completion.
  • Conduct electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs) in line with workshop standards.

What were looking for:
  • A recognised Level 3 qualification (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent).
  • Previous experience as aVehicle Technician, Service Technician or Mechanic, ideally with exposure to both warranty and general servicing work.
  • Strong teamwork skills, a process-driven approach and a commitment to high standards of safety and quality.
  • An MOT licence is desirable, but full training can be provided if youre not yet qualified.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn this role will challenge you, but it will also support your development through structured manufacturer accreditation.
