Salary: £38,000 basic | OTE: £44,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time
Focus: Vans (LCVs)

The Role:
We are supporting our client in Aberdeen in recruiting an experienced Motor Vehicle Technician. This role focuses primarily on light commercial vehicles, offering a stable workload, strong earning potential, and the chance to develop within a well-established workshop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Servicing, maintenance, and repair of vans (LCVs)

• Diagnostic work and fault finding

• Ensuring all work is completed to manufacturer and safety standards

• Completing job cards and maintaining accurate records

• Working efficiently to meet performance and quality targets

About You:

• Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician (or equivalent)

• Strong experience working on vans or mixed fleet

• Confident with diagnostics and modern workshop equipment

• Full UK driving licence

• Reliable, motivated, and able to work to high standards
