Up to £40,000 basic salary (DOE) plus uncapped bonus, giving an OTE of £45,000+
No weekend working; Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Carry out routine vehicle servicing and maintenance, inspecting components for wear and documenting findings
Diagnose faults accurately, test faulty parts, and implement effective repairs as a Vehicle Technician
Support internal departments with the preparation and maintenance of new, used, and loan vehicles
Work closely with colleagues to share knowledge and ensure high service standards as a Vehicle Technician
Complete complex repairs including engine work, gearboxes, clutches, cambelts, and more
Ensure all work complies with manufacturer standards and health & safety regulationsRequirements:

NVQ/IMI Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in a similar workshop role
Strong mechanical aptitude with good diagnostic skills as a Vehicle Technician
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
High standards of vehicle maintenance and attention to detail
