Vehicle Technician – Independent Garage – Reigate Area

£40,000–£45,000 + Bonus | Monday–Friday | No Weekends

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded independent garage that is looking to add an experienced Vehicle Technician to its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technician who takes pride in their work and is looking for a long-term role with great earning potential, a supportive team, and a genuine work–life balance — with no Saturday working.

The Role:

* Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs on a range of vehicles

* Diagnostics and fault finding to a high standard

* MOT preparation and general mechanical work

* Working efficiently while maintaining quality and attention to detail

* Contributing positively to a friendly, professional workshop environment

The Ideal Candidate:

* Qualified Vehicle Technician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent preferred)

* Previous experience in an independent garage or dealership

* Confident in diagnostics and general mechanical repairs

* Reliable, motivated and takes pride in their workmanship

* Full UK driving licence
