Duties:
Conduct comprehensive diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles
Perform servicing and repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards
Ensure high-quality standards are maintained across all work performed
Accurately diagnose complex electrical and mechanical issues
Maintain detailed records of all work completed
Work efficiently within set timeframes while ensuring customer satisfaction
Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver excellent service
Candidate Specification:
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a busy dealership or workshop environment
Strong understanding of all vehicle makes and models
Relevant automotive qualifications (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds)
Time service qualifications are advantageous
Solid background in diagnostics, repairs, and vehicle maintenance
Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
Effective communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Flexibility to work across seven days if required
Willingness to participate in overtime, typically 40 hours per week
Valid work eligibility; sponsorship is not necessary for this role
Additional skills such as Master Technician qualifications or 10+ years experience are desirable but not essential
