Venue Director RDS Dublin
Up to €110,000 + excellent benefits
For nearly 200 years, the Royal Dublin Society (RDS) has stood as a cornerstone of Irish cultural, agricultural, and social life. Founded in 1731 to promote agriculture, arts, industry, and science, the RDS has grown from a learned society into one of Ireland’s most iconic live‑events destinations — hosting everything from major exhibitions and concerts to sporting moments and international conventions.
As the hospitality partner at this storied venue, Levy brings world‑class food, service, and event experiences to every occasion. Working with us at the RDS means being part of a passionate, dynamic team that thrives in a live environment and helps shape unforgettable moments for tens of thousands of visitors each year.
ROLE PURPOSE
Levy is the exclusive food and drink partner at RDS and we are seeking an exceptional Venue Director to lead all hospitality operations across this iconic venue.
This is a high‑profile, career‑defining role for a dynamic senior leader who will shape and deliver a bold, future‑focused food and drink strategy that reflects the scale, ambition, and prestige of the RDS. You will be accountable for the end‑to‑end guest experience, leading large, diverse teams to deliver consistently outstanding food, service, and innovation.
Working closely with the RDS and Levy’s senior leadership, you will drive commercial performance, lead a significant capital investment programme, and position the RDS as a benchmark for world‑class hospitality on an international stage.
This role is for a curious, ambitious leader — not one who maintains the status quo, but one who defines what excellence looks like next.
