An independent, forward-thinking veterinary practice in Swindon is seeking a passionate Veterinary Surgeon to join its growing and supportive team. The practice is also happy to tailor the role around a vet’s specific interests or certificate area.

The Role 

• Full-time position – 4-day week
• Shared weekend rota
• No out-of-hours (OOH) commitments
• Flexible or part-time options available for the right candidate
• Opportunity to tailor caseload for certificate holders

The practice operates across five community branches alongside its modern hospital in Swindon, allowing vets to work across both first-opinion and referral-level services while collaborating with experienced colleagues and certificate holders.

Facilities & Clinical Services

The hospital provides access to advanced equipment and a wide range of specialist services, including:

• CT and advanced diagnostic imaging
• Arthroscopy and laparoscopy
• Endoscopy
• Ophthalmology
• Cardiology and respiratory medicine
• Orthopaedics
• Chemotherapy
• Advanced diagnostics

The team includes certificate holders in small animal internal medicine, surgery, diagnostic imaging and nutrition, creating an environment that supports clinical excellence and learning.
