Vice President – Investment Banking (Business Services)

Our client is a leading global investment bank with a strong European presence and an exceptional client base. The client is looking for a Vice President to join its growing Business Services M&A team in London.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and mentoring junior team members
• Preparing marketing materials (IMs, teasers, RFPs, presentations)
• Building and challenging transaction models
• Supporting due diligence and managing investor materials
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams

What We’re Looking For

• 6–7 years of M&A sellside experience (IB, boutique advisory, or Big 4 Corporate Finance Team)
• Track record of end‑to‑end deal execution
• Strong academic background (minimum 2:1 from a Red Brick university)
• Excellent modelling, communication, and problem‑solving skills
