Vice President, Product Marketing

New Today

At Webflow, we’re building the world’s leading AI-native Digital Experience Platform and we’re a remote‑first company that values trust, transparency, and creativity. Our mission is to bring development superpowers to everyone, from entrepreneurs launching their first idea to global enterprises scaling their digital presence. We’re looking for a Vice President of Product Marketing to sharpen how Webflow shows up in the market—owning the story, the positioning, and the proof that our platform drives revenue for customers. About the role:
Location: Remote‑first (United States) Full‑time, Permanent, Exempt Base pay range for this role: $250,000 – $350,000+ Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer
As VP of Product Marketing, you lead the team at the center of Marketing, Product, and Sales. You own product and solution marketing, analyst relations, competitive intelligence, community, and customer marketing. Your job is to ensure our message, product, and GTM motion reinforce each other in close partnership with Product, Sales, CS, Partners, and all parts of Marketing. Here’s what you’ll lead:
Set the direction for product marketing. Work across brand, growth, comms, and our Revenue teams to align how we bring Webflow to market. Build a clear view of the market. Stay close to customer needs, partner signals, buying behavior, and the broader ecosystem to translate where the real opportunities are. Own analyst relations. Lead how we engage with key industry analysts to shape enterprise perception. Tell a clear, differentiated story. Equip the market with decks, narratives, white papers, posts, workshops, and content that shows why Webflow is different and why it matters now. Enable the business. Provide Sales, Product, and Marketing with a grounded view of the competitive landscape and how we win. Build and activate our positioning. Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that anchor our GTM motion. Shape the roadmap. Bring market insight, competitive signals, and analyst feedback into product strategy, pricing, and packaging. Grow proof and momentum. Expand our community and customer reference programs so the enterprise market can see and trust real results. Create clarity through goals. Help the team set sharp goals and measurable outcomes, making progress visible across the organization.
In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, we will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and help you incorporate them into your role. About you: Requirements:
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience. 10–15 years in product marketing or adjacent marketing roles. 8+ years leading teams, with a strong track record of influencing and aligning stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Product. Experience building and marketing enterprise SaaS products. Proven ability to support an integrated GTM motion across sales, partners, and marketing. Demonstrated success in building marketing plans, securing buy‑in, and driving execution. Exceptional communication skills—clear, concise, and executive‑ready. Hands‑on experience using AI in product marketing workflows.
You’ll thrive as a VP of Product Marketing if you have:
Grit: passion and perseverance to push through ambiguity. Curiosity: genuine interest in understanding customers, markets, and how the business works. Reliability: follow through, close loops, and people know they can count on you. Team orientation: play for the front of the jersey and default to “we,” not “me.” The ability to stay curious and open to growth—actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI to unlock creativity, accelerate progress, and amplify impact.
