As a consultant you’ll lead end‑to‑end engagements, shaping architectures, hands‑on builds, lifecycle automation, and migrations while coaching others and producing high‑quality artefacts. What you’ll do

Lead assessments and define future‑state VCF 9.x architectures Produce HLD/LLD, implementation plans, and operational runbooks VCF Operations design, config and analysis Automate day‑0/1/2 operations with Terraform, Ansible, PowerCLI Enable modern workloads such as VKS and platform guardrails

What you’ll need Required Skills & Experience

Automation with Terraform, Ansible, PowerCLI, APIs Observability with Aria Ops / Ops for Networks / Logs Migration experience with HCX Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement

Preferred Skills

Kubernetes on vSphere (VKS) VMware Cloud (VMC on AWS, AVS) Avi load balancing, Aria Suite Lifecycle
