Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Automation Engineer

with strong VMware Cloud Foundation and orchestration expertise to design, develop, and maintain automated workflows across enterprise infrastructure platforms. This role will play a key part in driving operational efficiency, consistency, and scalability through automation. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using

VMware Cloud Foundation Automation (Aria Automation / vRealize Automation

vRA)

and

Aria Operations Orchestrator (vRO) . Author, test, deploy, and support end-to-end automated workflows for infrastructure and platform services. Develop orchestration and automation solutions using

OpenText Operations Orchestration

and/or

Red Hat Ansible . Integrate automation solutions with existing infrastructure, service management, and monitoring platforms. Collaborate with infrastructure, platform, and operations teams to identify automation opportunities and optimise workflows. Produce and maintain clear technical documentation for automation solutions and processes. Support continuous improvement and automation best practices across the organisation. Proven hands-on development Experience with:

VMware Aria Automation (vRA) VMware Aria Orchestrator (vRO)

Experience developing automation using:

OpenText Operations Orchestration

and/or

Red Hat Ansible

Strong Experience authoring and deploying automated workflows. Solid working knowledge of

XML . Strong understanding of infrastructure platforms, including:

Windows (Wintel) Linux Virtualisation technologies

Good working knowledge of networking concepts and protocols, including:

TCP/IP DNS

Desirable Skills

Scripting Experience (e.g. JavaScript, PowerShell, Python). Experience integrating automation with ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow). Exposure to hybrid or cloud environments. Understanding of DevOps or Infrastructure as Code practices. Job Title:
