We’re seeking a dedicated and passionate Church Trustee to join our leadership. This individual will play a critical role in supporting the church’s vision and mission, offering operational management expertise, and upholding biblical principles.

What are we looking for?

Key Responsibilities Attend and contribute to leadership meetings and strategic planning sessions. Support the senior leadership team in overseeing the operational and administrative functions of the church. Manage church activities, events, and outreach programs to ensure alignment with our mission and values. Assist with resource management, budgeting, and fundraising to advance church initiatives. Foster relationships within the congregation and the wider community. Provide prayerful and spiritual support to church leaders and members. Ensure effective stewardship of church resources and assets. Key Requirements Strong operational management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage people and resources effectively. Proven experience in church leadership or ministry, with a passion for spreading the Gospel. Ability to commit a minimum of 10 hours per week to church responsibilities. Strong relationship management skills, including the ability to work with diverse teams and individuals. Zeal and passion for God’s work and a deep commitment to the church’s mission and values. Active participation in church life, including attendance at leadership meetings and key events. A heart for pastoral care and community outreach. Desired Attributes A mature Christian with a heart for service and a commitment to living out biblical principles. Ability to work in collaboration with other leaders to support the spiritual growth of the church. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Willingness to continuously learn and grow spiritually and professionally.
