Lead and conduct due diligence on transactions focusing on private equity secondaries, including valuation, negotiation, and post-investment value-add.
Minimum of 5+ years in investing roles (Private Equity, Credit, Secondaries) or advisory roles (Investment Banking, Management Consulting).
Knowledge of business model analysis, competitive advantages, and value creation in private equity.
Effective time, people, and project management skills.
