Our client are a private-equity-backed B2B SaaS company that are journeying towards $1bn ARR and are entering a critical next phase of scale. The business is hiring a VP of Sales, EMEA to lead revenue growth with a strong focus on net-new logo acquisition in EMEA.

The Opportunity

  • Full ownership of EMEA revenue performance
  • Leadership of a matrixed GTM organisation of circa 40. With 10+ Quota Carrying reps.
  • Managing 2+ leaders in EMEA
  • Clear mandate to accelerate net new business growth
  • Significant influence on regional GTM strategy
  • Close partnership with CRO and global revenue leadership

  • Material increase in net-new ARR contribution
  • Predictable pipeline and forecast accuracy

Ideal Background

  • Senior sales leader within B2B SaaS, HCM, ERP, E-invoicing, Martech, E-Learning, Analytics, breakthrough high growth SaaS Applications
  • Experience in PE-backed and/or high-growth environments
  • Proven leadership of large, distributed EMEA sales teamsStrong enterprise new-business track record
  • Commercially driven, metrics-focused, people-centric
  • Managed a book of business in excess of $100M ARR
