As a VP of Direct Equity Investments, you will be responsible for owning the full life cycle of private equity direct and co-investments – from originating and evaluating investment opportunities through monitoring and exiting investments.Source and evaluate prospective investments by assessing key risks/merits and developing cogent investment theses.
Perform rigorous financial analyses to support investment decisions, including valuation, structure, returns.
Contribute to the ongoing management of investments to enhance value across the portfolio.
Contribute to pursuing creative and optimal exit strategies to maximize returns.
Keep abreast of the competitive landscape and current trends across private equity and other private markets.
Represent the firm in the market by networking and speaking at industry conferences and other events.
Mentor and develop associates and analysts within the team and London office.
Solid foundation of quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
