The Role Prepare and serve a variety of coffees, hot drinks, and cocktails to a high standard. Deliver outstanding table service with a positive and professional attitude Take orders, serve food and drinks, and attend to guest needs throughout their visit Maintain a clean and organised work environment. Help to organise the bar and batching of cocktails. The ideal candidate is someone who can work dynamically & flexibly, both a true drinks enthusiast with outstanding cocktail and barista skillswhile confidently handling front-of-house service. Youll greet and engage with guests, take orders with warmth and efficiency, and expertly manage drinks service, including wines and cocktails.
