Warehouse & Logistics Manager

Location: Hampshire - ManufacturingFull‑time | Permanent

We are working with a well‑established manufacturing organisation seeking an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead and develop their warehouse and logistics function.

This is a key operational leadership role responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse operations, robust inventory control, full regulatory compliance, and exceptional internal and external customer service.

The Role:

• Lead, motivate, and develop the warehouse team to deliver high performance and world‑class service
• Manage warehouse KPIs, budgets, and operational costs
• Oversee proactive inventory management, cycle counting, and stock accuracy
• Optimise material handling to support manufacturing operations
• Manage freight forwarding activities and ensure import/export compliance
• Ensure adherence to Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental standards
• Drive continuous improvement across warehouse processes and systems

About You:

• Proven experience in a Warehouse Manager or similar leadership role
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and ERP systems
• Experience managing teams and driving operational performance
• Understanding of customs procedures and freight forwarding operations
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
• Calm under pressure, structured, and improvement‑focused

Desirable:

• Formal qualification in Warehousing or Operations Management
• HMRC Customs and Export Clearance experience
