What youll be getting stuck into as a Warehouse & Logistics Manager
Planning and allocating daily warehouse and logistics resources to meet customer demand and operational targets
Overseeing intake, storage and despatch processes to ensure accuracy, traceability and control
Managing stock systems, performance data and reporting to highlight issues and drive improvements
Coordinating transport and haulage requirements with customer service at the heart of every decision
Ensuring compliance across safety, quality, legislative and customer standards
Leading continuous improvement across processes, KPIs and team capability
What youll bring to the table as a Warehouse & Logistics Manager
Previous experience in Food Manufacturing
Previous experience managing warehouse and logistics operations within a structured environment
Strong working knowledge of stock control, despatch, intake and transport planning
Experience using data, reports and KPIs to monitor performance and drive change
Previous responsibility for compliance, health and safety, and quality standards
Experience leading, developing and performance-managing operational teams
