Warehouse Operatives – Bakery - £14.84 ph

We are seeking dedicated and physically fit Food Production Operatives to join our client’s dynamic bakery team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you! You must be flexible to work both day shifts and night shifts including weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

* Working on your feet for extended hours.

* Walking up to 20 miles per shift in a busy production setting.

* Handling and picking food products to high-quality standards.

* Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in line with food safety regulations.

* Collaborating with team members to meet production targets.

* Working any 4 shifts across 7 days (Including weekends).

Requirements:

* Physical fitness: Able to handle long hours and physical demands of the role.

* Excellent communication skills: Clear and effective communication is essential.

* Clean and presentable appearance: Required for compliance with food safety standards.

* Available for work on any 7 days, happy working days and nights as required.

* A strong commitment to maintaining hygiene and safety in the workplace.

* Previous experience in food production is desirable but not essential.

* Excellent understanding of the English language due to the picking and operating system.

This role is initially only temporary but may become ongoing for the right candidate.
