Warehouse Operatives Required Immediate Start Available
Location: Peterborough, PE3 area
Shifts Available: Afternoon or Night Shifts
Positions: Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities
About the Role We are looking for reliable and motivated Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and fast-growing warehouse team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment and are looking to build a long-term career with opportunities for progression.
You will play a key role in ensuring warehouse operations run smoothly by supporting stock handling, order fulfilment, and goods distribution.
Key Responsibilities Safely carry out manual handling and heavy lifting duties
Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment (training may be provided)
Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for dispatch
Build and wrap pallets ready for storage or transportation
Load and unload deliveries from vehicles and containers
Maintain accurate stock control and assist with inventory checks
Use warehouse management systems to track stock and shipments
Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies
Support general warehouse housekeeping and organisation
What Were Looking For Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
Ability to lift up to 25kg regularly throughout shifts
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
A positive, reliable, and hardworking attitude
Basic mechanical awareness (desirable but not required)
Flexibility to work afternoon or night shifts
