A market-leading flooring manufacturer is opening a brand-new warehouse site in Blackburn, Frontier Park and is now recruiting for several Warehouse Operatives to join its expanding operation. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a newly formed, high-performing team at an exciting stage of growth, playing a vital role in delivering excellent customer fulfilment from day one. What we need from you: Previous experience working in Warehouse environment Strong awareness of Health & Safety FLT / Counterbalance experience Understanding of warehouse process Pick & Pack Engaged Team worker Attention to detail Ability to use initiative Flexible approach to undertaking responsibilities

What the role involves: Processing inbound and outbound stock movements Pick customer orders ensuring accurate stock identification Pack and ensure correct labelling Update appropriate systems Load orders securely onto trailers Undertake stock checks

Salary:

£26,436.00

-

£28,749.00 + Shift Allowance between 13.3 - 16.7 % depending on shift worked & 4 % bonus potential. Shift Patterns/Hours:

40 hours per week on-site to be worked

on a

weekly rotation : Week 1

6am

2pm Week 2

10am

6pm Week 3

2pm
