We are looking for a motivated and skilled Warehouse Operative to support the efficient day-to-day operations at our client's Xenon Park Storage Facility. Salary: 33,323 per annum (potential overtime)

Duration: Temp to Perm

Location: Doncaster

Working Pattern: onsite, Mon - Thurs 7am - 3.30pm, Fri 7am - 12pm

Key Responsibilities:

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our warehouse. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

Warehouse Operations:

Safely and efficiently operate forklift trucks and other material handling equipment.
Load and unload incoming and outgoing deliveries, ensuring accuracy and care in handling goods.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in line with company standards.

Stock Management & Compliance:

Assist with stock movements, including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching items.
Conduct regular compliance checks and stocktakes to ensure accurate inventory control.
Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or issues in stock or deliveries.

Administration:

Complete all necessary administrative tasks associated with warehouse operations (e.g., delivery documentation, stock records, data entry).
Ensure all paperwork and digital records are accurate, timely, and compliant with internal processes.

Team Support:

Collaborate closely with the Logistics Coordinator to manage stock flow in and out of the warehouse.
Work together with the wider logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth end-to-end processes.

What We're Looking For:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:

Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is desirable.
A valid forklift truck licence (Counterbalance and/or Reach) is essential.
Strong organisational skills and a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
Basic IT and administrative skills to support paperwork and record-keeping.
