Your part in the Performance

Reporting to the Senior Warehouse Manager, youll lead a shift team of around 20 operatives (up to 50 at peak), keeping operations running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

Your day to day will include: Lead and develop a warehouse shift team Ensure operational targets and customer needs are met Maintain high standards of Health & Safety and compliance Support new starters and act as the first point of contact on shift Drive continuous improvement and lead by example

Your Skills and Experience: What We're Looking For

Previous warehouse people management experience Strong communication and decision-making skills Good numeracy, literacy, and data analysis skills Confident using computer systems Solid Health & Safety knowledge (Risk Assessments, COSHH, SOPs) Reliable, organised, and calm under pressure Hands-on, flexible, and team-focused

Shift Pattern Rotating early and late shifts across a 7-day operation (5 days out of 7). Overtime available during peak periods. Early: 06:0014:30 (MonFri) + Sat 08:3017:00 Late: 14:3023:00 (MonFri) + Sun 08:3017:00 (5 days out of 7)
