Warehouse Supervisor Location: Dagenham Salary: £33,000 - £35,000 Hours: Day Shift - 09:00 to 19:00 (Monday to Friday)

We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead the early shift at a busy and fast-paced depot. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for ensuring smooth operations across picking, goods-in, and vehicle dispatch - all while maintaining high standards in health & safety, stock control, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the warehouse team during the early shift, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently Oversee picking, loading/unloading, and goods-in processes Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment Support implementation and training on ERP/WMS/TMS systems Monitor stock integrity and compliance with health & safety regulations Provide reports on productivity, KPIs, and team performance Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and staff developmentWhat We're Looking For:
