Warehouse Team Leader

Motivate, guide, and manage warehouse operatives, assigning daily tasks and managing schedules. Operational Oversight:
Coordinate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping to ensure smooth, efficient workflow and meet SLAs. Health & Safety:
Enforce strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental regulations. Performance Management:
Provide feedback, handle performance issues, and develop team members. Inventory Control:
Ensure accurate stock records, conduct cycle counts, and maintain high inventory accuracy. Process Improvement:
Identify areas for improvement, implement new procedures, and help streamline operations. Cross-functional Collaboration:
Liaise with transport, customer service, and other departments to align activities.
You will also oversee the general warehouse area, making sure it is safe and productive during your shift. Skills & Experience Full driving Licence and current Forklift Licence Good I.T. skills. With attention to detail Confidentiality Excellent communication and organisation skills A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn.
Hours and Holiday 40 hrs per week (Mon-Fri 8 hrs per day) 25 days holiday + 8 days Bank Holidays per year
